Order Processing
Alvert is operated by NORFELD COMPANY LLC. Orders placed through usealvert.com are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Time
Products are shipped directly from China by third-party fulfillment suppliers. Alvert currently ships to addresses in the United States only.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. The combined estimated processing and shipping period is 9 to 16 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Separate Shipments
Items purchased in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers and delivered in separate packages on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment when available.
Tracking and Delivery Information
When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for submitting an accurate and complete shipping address and for contacting support promptly if they notice an error. Address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Products are dispatched from China to the United States. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other import-related fees assessed on an order are the customer's responsibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Such charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.
Late, Missing, or Undelivered Orders
If a package has not arrived within the stated maximum estimated delivery period of 12 business days after dispatch, please contact support@usealvert.com with the order number and relevant delivery details. We will review the shipment status and assist with a resolution under our Return and Refund Policy. Customers may request a refund for an order not delivered after the maximum stated delivery period, subject to verification and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights regarding delivery or refunds.
