Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
We sell to customers in the United States. Products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and shipped directly from China. Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7 to 12 business days. These periods are separate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted to support@usealvert.com within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility includes damaged products, incorrect items, orders not delivered after the maximum stated delivery period, and dissatisfaction reported within the stated period with a photograph of the product. Personalized products are excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
We do not require the physical return of products. If a refund is approved, the customer may keep or discard the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement.
